Meta is doubling down on its AI-driven marketing tools, announcing today that qualifying US businesses can now deploy Business AI directly on their websites—extending its capabilities beyond Meta’s own platforms.
Business AI, which learns from a company’s ads, posts, campaigns, and customer interactions across Meta’s ecosystem, now offers website integration to handle FAQs, product recommendations, and sales support.
The move follows early tests showing substantial performance gains, including a claimed 6x conversion uplift for e-commerce brand Solgaard and a 13% return on ad spend (ROAS) increase for beauty retailer Julep.
“Business AI stands out compared to other solutions we’ve tried,” said Isa Marmolejo, Head of Customer Experience at Solgaard. “It’s incredible how it adapts to our evolving business, products, and customer conversations with minimal manual effort from our CX team.”
Julep’s paid social strategist, Cassidy Boylan, noted “outstanding results with higher click-through rates, lower cost per acquisition, and a remarkable increase in ROAS. Plus, we achieved a 10% lift in incremental conversions, proving that AI can drive business results.”
The expansion aligns with Meta’s push to democratise AI tools for small businesses, requiring no technical expertise—just a connection to existing channels.

"In the coming months, we’ll unify the configuration and management of these agents as well, so you can set up a single agent to represent your brand and interact with customers across Meta’s apps and your website," said the company in a statement. "Our vision is to build the easiest, most affordable business agent for businesses of all sizes."
With streamlined deployment and management on the horizon, the company is positioning Business AI as a scalable solution for growth, whether through ads, social interactions, or now, direct website engagement. Enterprise businesses with more complex requirements will get a robust agent backend that will allow further configurations and customizations in the future.
